MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
We offer a range of annual based maintenance contracts which are essential to keeping your lifts up to standard and keep them operating safely.

Basic Contract
Our Basic contract covers you for your yearly planned maintenance visits for a set annual cost (varying dependant on the frequency of visits and lift involved) and all call outs and breakdowns and any repairs will be charged in addition at very competitive rates.

Gold Contract
Our Gold contract covers you for your yearly planned maintenance visits as well as the cost of call outs and breakdowns included.
*all gold and premium contracts will require a first visit report to determine the cost of the contract and will be subject to a dilapidation report*

Premium Contract
Our premium contract covers all of your yearly planned maintenance visits including the cost of your call outs and break downs and also includes the cost of repairs and materials up to a maximum threshold value*
